Young Consultant of the Year
Beth’s journey to becoming a consultant was not traditional. Her previous Proxima roles in market research, operational business support, compliance and outsourcing gave her a unique blend of skills that make her an exceptional young consultant.
Within Proxima’s UK transformation team, Beth is well-known for delivering transformative change for her public and private sector clients. She is driven by making sustainable, equitable change and has been responsible for designing and implementing transformation programmes. She is dedicated to helping Proxima and her clients educate, embed, and extend sustainable practices throughout their operations.
Her communication and interpersonal skills are outstanding, as shown by the strong, trusting relationships she holds with her clients. Beth was named Employee of the Year in 2021, voted for by her colleagues, and was sponsored by Proxima to undertake an Executive MBA.
She is a mentor and gives back to the company through her contributions to Proxima’s Transformation and Sustainability community practices, sitting on the Young MCA Group Council as well as in the community as a Brownie leader for young girls.
