Apprentice of the Year
Grace originally joined IBM as a Junior Management Consultant Apprentice in 2017 and was the first apprentice to complete this pathway. With a Distinction. She is now IBM’s first, and to date only, Data Science Degree Apprentice.
Grace has delivered and exceeded expectations on every project she has worked on, impressing every client she works with, with her wealth of knowledge and expertise despite her short time in the company.
Grace has been working in the cutting-edge AI space, delivering Virtual Assistant solutions to our clients in both business and technical roles, while also being entrusted by the client to train and lead their staff beyond her core responsibilities.
Beyond this, Grace still finds time to give back to the IBM and wider community, with her continual support to IBM initiatives, support and mentoring of other apprentices and work with local schools and TeenTech to inspire more students into the industry.
