Mahima is an experienced, tech-driven professional working as Business Consultant for Banking and Financial Services at Cognizant. Mahima played an instrumental role in her work with multiple BFS clients and provided them with digital transformation strategies for various segments like wholesale banking, retail banking and lending resulting in strengthened competitiveness and performance in the new normal.
She has worked on development and execution of an innovating remediation approach resulting in client’s compliance to regulations which helped them avoid multi-million euros in fine. She has supported the implementation of a new digital channel for corporate clients while creating a strategic tool for another project leading to highly optimized business process.
Mahima also has the experience of working in the role of Product Manager for a leading real time funds transfer mechanism where she led the product towards API based platform resulting in customizable next generation product.
Mahima’s ability to cut through the jargons and communicate solutions in a comprehensible manner has enabled her in building stellar business relationships. She is a strong advocate of diversity and equity and an active member of Women Empowered Group at Cognizant. She recently got shortlisted in Top 200 Women in TechWomen100 category award series that showcases emerging talent and creates role models for the industry. On top of this, she is actively mentoring students at her alma-mater.
Mahima has a passion for learning, with an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree from the prestigious IIM. She is also a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
