The world is faced with unprecedented changes right now – operating within such challenging circumstances, businesses and organisations are often faced with the need to make choices that not just inform the here and now but help shape and reinvent the future for everyone. Raghuveer Ramkumar with his background and experience in corporate and business strategy combined with his people-centred approach to strategy development is leading transformational programmes for clients.

Raghu’s work with the Global Parliament of Mayors (GPM) is driving effective urban governance across cities. Having collaborated with global organisations to research and develop a position paper on rethinking global governance, the call to action from the paper is charting a path forward for leadership in a post-covid era. His critical and creative thinking ability has identified innovative funding streams, developed new agendas for cities to collaborate and has led to Mayors from over 50 cities signing the call to action to work together to drive transformation in how cities function.

His work with the University of Bristol has directly influenced policy, shaping the Government’s approach to address gaps in the telecommunications supply chain in the UK. His ability to think strategically and have practical insights on funding and delivery has led to the programme’s success. Raghu was able to rationalise information and feed it back within a framework that made sense of the situation. He communicated clearly and brought stakeholders onboard with his thinking to achieve the set-out objectives of the programme.
