Chloe Carter, PwC

Chloe-Carter-PWC

Technology Consultant of the Year

Chloe strives to deliver customer-led transformation for the public sector, whilst endeavouring to inspire the next generation of technologists, and providing support to those around her – particularly young women lacking female role models. She aspires to leave a legacy as a female Technology Partner who junior consultants relate to and admire. As a PwC technology consultant, delivering Salesforce transformations for the public sector, Chloe is experienced in leading teams in the UK, India and Poland. Her management of technology delivery has made a real difference, and has driven change for social housing, local government, charities and education clients using technology. She is passionate about making a difference to the everyday person, be it through accessibility for people and organisations in their everyday lives, or in encouraging junior staff and wider communities to pursue corporate and tech careers.Elevating the position of the technology sector within Manchester has been a key part of Chloe’s recent role, where she has brought 12 large Manchester-based tech organisations together to encourage people of all backgrounds into technology careers. She firmly believes that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’, so she makes herself as visible as possible, to show people that they can achieve anything as a consultant, a technologist and someone who can put their stamp on society. Chloe also works with a number of charities focused on social purpose, mentoring and role modelling, and supports PwC’s work experience programmes, teaching hundreds of people the fundamentals to excel in their own tech careers.
