As a Sales Director, Jo has implemented complex global transformation programmes helping clients understand and address an ever-changing landscape. With a background in Digital Transformation, she quickly realised the importance of understanding people and their needs when looking to deploy new technologies. What underpins absolutely everything she does is her passion for people.
Achieving chartership status is something Jo is extremely proud of, and she is thrilled to be able to lead others to effect positive transformation within this profession. The importance of building long lasting relationships is key. She breeds a positive client-focussed culture creating a safe space where everyone can flourish. Jo has a strong followship across the industry and has a passion for growing and developing those around her.
Her desire to create change in the Mobility sector is driven by the importance transport investment plays in our economic prosperity. She has been responsible for programmes across rail and road which positively affect key UK societal challenges like levelling up, climate change, and cost pressures. In a period of high workforce movement and skills loss, her ambition is to inspire people to join this sector.
Well respected as an inspiring and inclusive leader, she makes sure everyone’s voice is heard. Not frightened to take on complex challenges, she can make the complex seem simple and is an advocate for bringing diversity of thought to traditional environments – deploying creative approaches to achieve buy in and ultimately make things fun.
