Inclusion Award
As founder of a leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultancy, Charlotte ensures that systemic change and evidence-based approaches are at the heart of her work.
As a consultant with nearly three decades of in-depth experience in driving DEI change both within global companies as well as advising them, she is a trusted adviser both to the profession and clients to identify how DEI practices enable delivery of the wider organisational strategy, address systemic barriers and bias, support Boards and Executive teams to lead inclusively and create ways of effectively measuring outcomes.
Her achievements include authoring an independent review for the UK Government on Women on Boards and Executive Search Firms, creating the ‘first of its kind’ City of London’s Diversity Programme, The Power of Diversity on behalf of the then Lord Mayor of London and co-authoring the book ‘Inclusive Leadership’, published by the FT and shortlisted for Management book of the year in 2018.
Charlotte has conducted extensive research into the barriers to driving inclusive change in companies. This research has now influenced behaviours and shaped strategic DEI direction of thousands of leaders and hundreds of companies. She has also dedicated her expertise and time to support the upskilling of the DEI profession through her dedicated development programme, coaching and mentorship.
With organisations increasingly under pressure to demonstrate the impact of DEI on their wider strategic aims, Charlotte is focused on supporting her clients and the wider profession to step up to the mark and demonstrate their impact.
