Lydia is a Senior Consultant in the Asset Transformation team, part of CBRE’s UK Consulting offering, advising clients on maximising the potential of their assets with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector.
Lydia started her career as an apprentice and has since become a Chartered Surveyor with over 7 years’ experience in the property industry. She has more recently focused on providing strategic consulting advice across both the private and public sectors. Lydia is presently supporting much of the consulting team’s work across the infrastructure sector and is well versed in working across infrastructure projects, with a particular specialism in aviation and Public Private Partnerships. She has advised on a range of complex multi-sector projects, with extensive experience in asset and estate strategy, commercial consultancy, vision and strategy, development, and regeneration.
Lydia has a strong attention to detail and analytical approach to help unlock the future possibilities of real estate and deliver successful client outcomes.
