Rising Star
In her first 18-months as a Consultant, Phoebe has successfully led high-profile and high-impact healthcare transformation projects, driving meaningful change for both patients and healthcare providers. Her willingness and enthusiasm to embed herself within clinical teams, fostering collaboration and trust, has been key in delivering evidence-led, patient-centred solutions.
Phoebe’s leadership has been instrumental in driving major initiatives, including the £100m Theatre Transformation in Oxford and the regional-scale Pan-Pathology Procurement across The Midlands, which secured over £200m in projected savings. Through a combination of strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement, she has influenced clinical teams, secured stakeholder buy-in, and delivered tangible improvements in patient access, service efficiency, and operational outcomes.
Her work extends beyond project delivery; Phoebe is highly committed to thought leadership within her firm and the wider healthcare sector, authoring a paper on the importance of decentralising healthcare services for more integrated, accessible healthcare solutions, drawing on the successes of her work in Barnsley. Her insights have contributed to her firm’s strategy, emphasising the need for scalable, patient-centered approaches.
Phoebe is known for her hands-on approach, spending time on the ground in clinical settings – whether observing surgeries or working directly with frontline staff – and as such, she has become a trusted advisor to clients. She is committed to continued professional growth and remains passionate about delivering clinically informed solutions that not only improve healthcare services but also ensure that clinical decisions are rooted in practical, patient-centred insights for the benefit of patients and providers.
