Apprentice of the Year
Tash embarked on her journey with AtkinsRéalis as a management consultancy apprentice in September 2021, eager to pursue her dream career.
Tash’s passion for her work has driven her to deliver numerous transformative solutions with authenticity and excellence on many client challenges. Bringing proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills, she has helped improve decision making and leadership dynamics within her client teams. Her versatility and curiosity to learn and grow have led her to gaining expertise in numerous pivotal arenas, including Social Value and Cloud Computing.
In addition to her demanding client work, Tash is a strong advocate for apprenticeships. Using her voice and lived experience, she educates others at all levels across and beyond the industry, providing insights into apprenticeships through webinars, articles, and podcasts. Her authored articles have inspired other young people to pursue degree apprenticeships.
Tash has played an active role across the consulting community nationally and internationally, giving apprentices from across the industry opportunities to network and learn from peers and experts.
Tash has had an amazing journey since joining AtkinsRéalis and there’s loads more to come.
