MCA | Online Workshop: Collaborating Remotely and Running Effective Remote Meetings

Exploring the etiquette and psychology of remote collaboration/ meetings. Having rolled out a lot of remote working technologies in the past, many organisations never adequately trained staff beyond functionally on how to use them. Most working relationships are still forged and reinforced through face to face interaction. As such remote collaboration and meeting tools were viewed as a poor alternative to when we can’t work in person. With COVID-19 the situation is reversed, organisations need to quickly improve their use these tools and on a human level. Failure to do so will impede the development of relationships, erode trust and impact productivity. No longer is the remote worker the unintentional second class citizen!
