MCA Diversity & Inclusion Onboarding Toolkit Launch event

The MCA Diversity & Inclusion working group has developed a series of toolkits to support MCA members in the design and implementation of their D&I strategies and programmes, as they look to attract, recruit, onboard, retain, and develop a diverse range of employees in an inclusive way.

We will come together on 11th May to discuss best practice at an event to launch the latest part of the MCA D&I Toolkit, focussed on the onboarding and induction stage of the employee lifecycle.

MCA members including Arcadis, Deloitte and EY have all provided best practice illustrating how to onboard and induct new hires in an inclusive way. Join them and more firms as we discuss the recommendations of the latest toolkit.
