MCA ONLINE WORKSHOP: DATA COLLECTION

Join the MCA for an online workshop focused on guidance and best practice for firms on how best to collect D&I data. Progress on diversity and inclusion in consulting is a core priority for the MCA and its members, and the collection of D&I data by firms underpins these efforts.

This event will aim to provide members with advice on collecting D&I data and discussion of common challenges, including privacy concerns, collecting data from small teams, and how to communicate purpose. We will be joined by speakers from across the MCA Membership including Payal Jain, Director, JCURV, Adam Wall, Principal Consultant and Data & Analytics Lead, PPL and Caroline Lake, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Consultant, Charlotte Sweeney Associates as they share examples of collecting, tracking, and publishing data.
