MCA Online Workshop | Social Mobility

The MCA is hosting an online workshop on the topic of social mobility. What do we mean when we say we want to improve social mobility? What data could you be collecting and how do you structure your questions to staff? What’s the best practice for using this data to achieve your company goals? As well as hearing from firms who are leading the way in the industry on this issue we will hear more personal stories on the importance of this agenda.

Joining us for this session to discuss key issues and share best practice regarding internal policies and data collection will be Richard Ilfrenta, Partner at KPMG, Sam Walsh Partner at Deloitte, Ally Robson, Head of NECs Consultancy and Jenn Barnett, Director at Grant Thornton.

We’ll also be joined by guest speaker Zaheer Ahmad MBE, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, CH-GSK. Zaheer sits on the Socio-Economic Diversity Taskforce in the UK he’ll share his views on the key challenges facing the professional services sector to improve social mobility as well as the progress that has been made to date.
