Young MCA ChMC Insight | Leadership at all Stages

Join the Young MCA for an online workshop discuss the importance of building and developing leadership skills at every stage of your career.  Joining us will be a panel of consultants including Lucy Williams, Associate Director at Arcadis, Ally Robson, Head of NECs Consulting and Grace Newman, Principal Consultant at Atkins to share their experiences and advice on how to build and use your leadership skills in your role and with clients.

One of the key characteristics that define successful management consultants is their ability to lead and manage effectively. This is one of the key competencies within the ChMC award Competency Framework therefore we’ll also hear about the importance of building these skills on the journey to achieving chartered management consultant status.
