YOUNG MCA LONDON EVENT | CAREER PATHS & PROSPECTS FOR APPRENTICES

This event provides an opportunity for apprentices to meet other apprentices in their early or mid-careers. Engage with a panel of industry experts from firms of varying sizes, who will share their career journeys and success stories and highlight the various experiences and career paths available after completing an apprenticeship. The panel will delve into discussions about essential skills and professional development, identifying key competencies for enhanced career progression and opportunities.

Our panel will also share their experiences and best practices for overcoming challenges and provide insights into effective support systems for fulfilling successful apprenticeships. You’ll hear about the panellists’ future aspirations and learn how their apprenticeship experiences have shaped their goals.
