YOUNG MCA LONDON EVENT | NAVIGATING IMPOSTER SYNDROME: STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS

This interactive workshop on imposter syndrome will begin with a brief presentation by Josie Cluer, Partner at EY, covering its definition, causes, and effects. Following the presentation, participants will engage in breakout sessions to discuss various aspects of imposter syndrome.

The breakout topics will include:

– Causes and Triggers: Exploring personal, professional, and cultural factors.

– Impact on Mental Health: Understanding the emotional toll.

– Coping Strategies: Sharing solutions to manage imposter syndrome.

– Imposter Syndrome in Different Demographics: Focusing on gender, minorities, and high achievers.

 

The workshop will conclude with a summary and advice from Josie, drawing together insights from the discussions. This session aims to provide participants with practical tools and shared experiences to better understand and manage imposter syndrome in their professional lives.

Afterwards there will be networking opportunities

This session is open to all young consultants from MCA member firms and is kindly hosted by EY at their offices in Canary Wharf, London.
