Join us for a panel discussion this Pride month to explore the vital role allies play in fostering inclusive workplaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Hear from industry leaders and young consultants as they share insights on initiating conversations about allyship and its impact on shaping the experiences of the Pride community at work. Discover how each of us can actively contribute to creating a more supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
Our session will be chaired by Lynne Hamilton, Principal Management Consultant and co-chair of the LGBTQ+ staff network at Mott MacDonald. We’ll also hear from Kanem Roach, Consultant at Efficio, Tia Sidhu, Consultant at EY and Tim Hickson, Senior Business Consultant at BJSS.
The panel will share top tips on shaping a more inclusive consulting industry – creating space for everyone to bring their true self to work and its wider positive impact. Hear about small actions that can start from your project team, how to initiate conversations about allyship and advocacy, and how we can all actively contribute to creating a more supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
You’ll have the opportunity to network with industry leaders and young consultants, where you’ll exchange insights and experiences.
This session is open to all young consultants from MCA member firms and is kindly hosted by MCA member firm Forvis Mazars at their office in the Old Bailey.
