YOUNG MCA ONLINE EVENT | 2024 MEMBER SURVEY RESULTS FOR YOUNG CONSULTANTS

The Young MCA will be hosting a specially focused online event to discuss the results of the MCA member survey for 2024.

This key report provides all the latest data and trends on the consulting sector and will cover topics such as the future challenges for the industry and the opinions of young consultants around job satisfaction, work life balance, diversity and inclusion and the impact of AI.

The session will begin with an overview from MCA Chief Executive, Tamzen Isaacson, on the results from the survey and will be followed by a panel discussion with young consultants hosted by the Young MCA Executive Chair, Emily Ireland-Jones from IBM Consulting.

The panel are: Uzoma Mezue from KPMG, Highly Commended in the 2023 MCA Awards, Rising Star category. Toby Michaels from Deloitte, Young MCA ExCo Vice Chair, School Leavers and Apprentices Workstream, Muneeb Sheikh from Vendigital, winner of the Rising Star award – 2023 MCA Awards, and Olivia Sullivan, winner in 2023 MCA Awards Apprentice of the Year category.
