The Young MCA are pleased to welcome two panellists for a briefing session on the latest technologies management consultancies are helping clients with. Joining us will be Nick Sinott from BAE Systems Digital Intelligence who will focus Hyper Automation and Kate Marshall from IBM Consulting who will present on Quantum Technology. Both speakers will look at the impact on business changes across different industries and the scale and pace of technology change.

About Nick: Nick Sinnott, joined BAE within ‘System Digital Intelligence’ as a Management Consultant with nearly 30 years of industry experience. He is currently the ‘Head of AI Centre of Domain Expertise’, leading a team that leverages skills, technologies and best practices to advise government and organisations on AI development.
Prior to joining BAE Systems Digital Intelligence , Nick worked in policing and national security for 18 years. His last eight years was leading Counter Terrorist covert operations as a C4ISR specialist. Nicks’ key focus areas are ethical AI, privacy, data strategy and his continued development as an AI Ethicist.
About Kate: Kate Marshall, is the ‘Global Lead’ for IBM Quantum technical ambassadors. This team works directly with clients to help them understand the industry impact of Quantum Computing. She has a background in Physics & Policy, Communication & Ethics of science.
Her passion for cutting-edge technology and specifically Quantum Computing drove her to seek a career at IBM Quantum. She started out through the IBM Consulting graduate scheme as an IT architect, DevOps and software engineer.
Outside of IBM Quantum, she is a member of the TechUK and British Computing Society (BCS) Quantum Working Groups and leads the Global Tech Advocates Quantum Working Group.
