Young MCA Online Workshop | Introducing Mental Fitness and Positive Intelligence
Over the past year, it is likely that we have all experienced stress and challenging situations. If you are curious to learn how to understand your own feelings and tune into what might be driving behaviour in others, then this session on “Positive Intelligence” is for you led by Rachel Matthews.
Rachel Matthews (She/Her)
Rachel is a Co-active coach in training and has a background in nursing. She worked in the NHS and in applied health research. She completed the King’s Fund Top Manager Programme and holds an MSc in Health Education and Health Promotion. Rachel works part-time with National Voices, a coalition of health charities, leading work to ensure people with lived experience are central to decision making in health care. She balances this with coaching people one to one.
