We’ll give an introduction to social mobility and the changes experienced in the UK in recent years, we’ll then be joined by speakers from MCA member firms who will give an insight into what they have done internally to improve social mobility in the industry and what young consultants can do to make a difference, followed by an interactive session to share best practice and discuss with views as a group
