The last three years have seen significant change in the consulting landscape with new ways of working, more recruitment from a wider talent pool and the advent of the Chartered Management Consultant Award (ChMC).

At the same time firms are looking to build wider and deeper client relationships and accelerate development with the expectation that consultants and teams get up to speed quickly and move seamlessly across the spectrum from strategy to execution as a trusted advisor. Confidence plays a vital role in enabling young consultants and those new to the industry to succeed in this fast moving and dynamic environment.
