Have you ever made it to your end of year review or a key stage in your career and struggled to articulate what you’ve learnt and your ongoing development needs? Join us for an interactive session to explore the use of tools and techniques to improve your reflective practice.

Young MCA Manchester Committee members will explore the use of reflection for end of year review, guest speakers Ralph Gill from PwC and Louis Coles from NECS Consultancy as they discuss their experience of reflection and share best practice. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to Committee members and guest speakers.
