This report from the MCA explores and illuminates the many issues surrounding outsourcing in the public sector. The report is largely based on the output of a roundtable discussion attended by experts from across the MCA. This has been followed up with bilateral interviews, in particular with member firms with outsourcing interests.
The Future of Outsourcing concludes the output of the MCA Public Services Programme. It should be of interest to public procurement and policy officials, outsources and advisers alike.
