Agile is shaped by the company set-up, the leadership and the people, although the detail behind these concepts are not always readily understood. JCURV commissioned this report, a world first, to examine each of these viewpoints. The benefits of agile in organisations is widely recognised, yet cultural issues with its adoption still present a problem. The previous State of Agile Report revealed that 48% of organisations cite this as their biggest challenge to successfully implementing agile.
