Thought Provoking Consulting (TPC) was set up to pave the way for a different type of consultancy. We do this by challenging the out of date practices retailers and consultancies have been employing and we usher our clients into the digital world. Since its conception in 2012, TPC has been growing rapidly and working with some of the leading retailers and brands in the UK and over past 3 years, in the US as well.
Very few companies start in the UK and then successfully transition to the US, but we have and it’s happening organically. We’re particularly proud of this in light of the fact we’ve been trading for less than 10 years.
We’re working with well-known retailers and brands such as Shop Direct, Arcadia, JD Williams, SuperDry, John Lewis, Charles Tyrwhitt and JD Sports in the UK, and in the US, our clients include PVH, Carter’s, Lululemon and ICIX, who we partner with on their major accounts such as Walmart, Hasbro and Mattel. We’ve also worked with the Kiabi, Indesit and Ascena. We are very proud to have such high-profile retailers as our clients, all in the first 6 years of doing business.
Our success is down to a number of factors working in sync across both countries. From helping our clients develop internal teams and providing training support to implementing innovative technology, we’ve helped our clients transform and adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of the retail industry. Our commitment to our clients goes beyond just the work and we continually work to build long-term, positive relationships through company events, charity work, and recreational activities.
The reason behind our ability to help our clients prosper is the culture we have in the company internally. It starts from within. Our people are the pulse of the company and by building a culture which is inclusive and diverse, we’ve been able to meet the high standards our clients set, as well as our own.
Our dynamic, professional and passionate team is supported by our commitment to training and development, where every employee has their own individual training programme to leverage and nurture their unique strengths. We feel our meritocratic culture sets us apart from other consultancies.
