MCA CEO Tamzen Isacsson was interviewed on Thursday 22 August 2019, as part of a themed ‘future of education’ week on CNBC International.
Discussing the growth of jobs in the consultancy sector and the ever growing diversity in talent pools, Tamzen spoke on how it’s not all about the salary for young professionals. They want good work/life balance, variety and to feel that they are giving something back.
Tamzen went on to say that apprenticeships also play an important part in recruiting top young talent across the sector with over 580 apprentices and school leavers currently working in consulting.
