His drive, relationship management and venturing mindset have made him a trusted strategic advisor on matters of innovation strategy and disruptive technology solutions.
Passionate and ambitious, Toby has worked across a range of industries and issues. With project experiences varying from CVC Fund development to proposition design for autonomous vehicles, he now spearheads projects to lead the charge of value-driven Generative AI implementation and adoption.
Toby has dedicated significant effort to business development and through his initiatives has had a significant impact on Deloitte’s practice. His leadership of a project to connect the Innovation Strategy practices of 7 geographies has enhanced these teams’ go-to-market capabilities. Meanwhile, his commitment to promoting Deloitte’s apprenticeship pathways, as well as providing learning opportunities for apprentices through his support of external industry bodies, demonstrated the importance to him of supporting valuable social issues within the Consulting Industry.
Toby has consistently operated beyond his grade in client and business development activities and impressively coupled this high performance and outstanding dedication with exceptional results across all elements of his degree apprenticeship studies. He is on route to be a future leader in our industry and a central figure in the innovation-led growth agenda of cross-sector clients in the years to come.
