Husen has proven himself an exemplary digital apprentice whose enthusiasm, innovation and dedication have significantly impacted the global EY organisation and the broader community. Through the global EY organisation’s strategic alliance with AuditBoard, a leading cloud-based platform transforming audit, risk, compliance and ESG management, Husen has spearheaded the implementation of cutting-edge automation, data analytics and integration solutions for clients. His creative and proactive approach has not only streamlined processes but has also enhanced the overall client experience, showcasing his ability to leverage technology for tangible results.
In addition to his technical contributions, Husen has taken on the role of mentor and guest lecturer in collaboration with UA92, a university known for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to social mobility, inspiring the next generation of leaders.
Husen has also pioneered innovative initiatives to embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) within the firm. Through the creation of the #TalkToMe app, he has fostered connections among colleagues in a hybrid working environment, cultivating communities that promote inclusivity and collaboration. This initiative has been instrumental in breaking down barriers and creating a more cohesive workforce.
