Justin Fish is an innovative, strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth using technologies such as generative AI (Gen AI).
Skilled in spotting opportunities and formulating robust strategies, Justin delivers high-impact solutions for organisational success. He does this by combining deep technical expertise with business acumen to apply design thinking, orchestrate AI-driven initiatives, and create user-centric solutions that address critical stakeholder needs.
Justin is highly experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and is an articulate communicator, skilled in crafting compelling business and technical documentation and delivering engaging presentations to technical teams, senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
Both Capgemini Invent and clients benefit from Justin’s entrepreneurial mindset. For example, for one client’s Innovation Lab Justin identified opportunities and developed more than 14 products resulting in potential cost efficiencies estimated at £350 million. Internally, he established the Gen AI Demo Division that has developed 12 proofs of concept (PoCs) across 10 different clients and industries in just six months. He’s also the founding leader in AI Product Innovation, which is responsible for converting innovative ideas into operationalised AI products.
Justin also heads the asset management team that provides the infrastructure for continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) deployment. This includes the set-up of version control system Git for collaboration and development best practice, as well as setting up the product lifecycle model as part of Capgemini’s Asset Management team. He is also UK lead for the Gen AI global team.
