Exceptional Support and Delivery by a Consultant During COVID-19
John is a Senior Consultant in NECS’s Midlands consulting practice, joining in June 2019. Prior to joining NECS, John was a Senior Project Manager focussing on structural reconfiguration at one of the largest acute trusts in the country.
During his 15 year NHS career John has delivered projects to improve patient outcomes and experiences ranging from the translation of research into practice in collaboration with academia and industry; the creation of educational resources for care homes; fostering the development of future NHS leaders through graduate schemes; improving “back office” performance and authoring successful business cases.
John specialises in quickly developing productive relationships at all levels with a track record of outstanding client engagement. He quickly builds, develops and sustains trust with clients from initial rapport to being an honest broker and trusted advisor.
Since April 2020, John has been fully deployed on COVID-19 response for clients. In this time he has supported NHS London to launch their pandemic Operations Centre and from mid-July, has been integral to NHS England and Improvement’s national COVID-19 Vaccination Programme.
The Vaccination Programme is the largest transformational public health initiative in UK since the inception of the NHS. John has embraced the responsibility that comes with being part of something directly affecting his family, friends and the whole country, and has provided truly exceptional client support through achieving new heights of excellence in delivery.
