Grace Bolton, EY

Young Consultant of the Year

Grace is a Digital Transformation Consultant whose achievements are driven by two key passions: product-driven innovation and advancing the dialogue around neurodiversity across society.

Grace has proved time and again that she has excellent team-building and leadership skills, leading both workstreams and teams, as well as managing stakeholders of all levels – to deliver complex product-centric growth solutions for some of EY’s key clients, including:

  • Designing and building a free trial e-commerce strategic proposition for a professional membership organisation’s digital platform, resulting in a conversion rate of over 90% to paying customers
  • Leading the delivery of a critical feature supporting annual sales of over $2 million, for one of EY Consulting’s flagship engagements
  • Building and embedding data analysis and visualisation products across government departments including the Home Office, enabling them to contingency plan through periods of significant national change

Grace is also working towards breaking the stigma associated with neurodiversity, moving the dial at EY, across industry and wider society. As co-lead of EY’s Neurodiversity Community, she inputs into EY’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent strategy, voicing the views and experiences of both her internal and external contacts, particularly on the strengths of neurodiverse thinking, to help EY in its purpose to Build a better working world.

Her contribution in this space was recognised by an invitation to attend the World Dyslexia Assembly in Stockholm earlier this year, representing EY at the social movement with a single-minded mission: to empower the limitless potential of #DyslexicThinking in every school and workplace.

Finally, on a personal level, Grace is renowned for her strong work ethic, infectious energy and technical excellence.
