Andrea’s impact is in her ability to create solutions that deliver excellent outcomes for her clients, her firm and, most importantly, her people. She demonstrates a maturity and sensitivity that stands out – and she can elevate and achieve across all three dimensions, which is rare. PwC’s Business Architecture team, led by Andrea, has been a shining example of collaboration and ‘teaming with the client’ – demonstrating a one-team mentality, and building skills and capabilities within in-house teams to leave a true legacy for the client. The team have been recognised for this work, winning one client’s Team of the Quarter award, voted by 800 colleagues. Andrea’s leadership is outstanding. She’s focused on building the right team, growing talent, and giving opportunities to junior members – allowing associates to lead and facilitate complex work with senior client stakeholders. Andrea also demonstrates stewardship for people across PwC’s organisation, with colleagues from diverse business areas reaching out for guidance and coaching. She leads with integrity and purpose, recognising individual differences and bringing people together, working towards a common goal – underpinned by technical excellence, strong client focus and getting the basics of programme management right. Leading, managing and coaching people is what she does best. Meanwhile, Andrea’s strategic thinking reaches more broadly than purely her workstream or clients. Efficient and effective, she’s in demand and balances the needs of multiple client engagements and teams while leading PwC’s Retail community across all business areas all made possible by building great teams beneath her.
