She is a role model to many ambitious staff in PwC Consulting.In the past five years, Rachel has led large international teams on several of PwC’s flagship programmes. Throughout all of these engagements, she has demonstrated exemplary leadership. She has built amazing relationships with her clients through the expertise she demonstrates in her field, the strength with which she’s able to drive tangible results, and her positive energy and infectious can-do attitude (even in the most tense situations).Not only does Rachel build great client relationships, but she also builds exceptionally strong and diverse teams – both on client and internal projects. Two years ago, Rachel took the initiative to start PwC’s ‘Women in SAP’ group, to directly address how PwC recruits more women, and how the firm supports its existing women in SAP. Junior people want to work for Rachel, and senior people want her to lead their programmes. She does this through a combination of strong technical skills, showing genuine care and interest in her teams, providing learning and progression opportunities, and making even stressful tasks fun for everyone.
