Roxane is one of a kind and has had an exceptional journey with Wavestone whilst making a lasting impact on her clients, colleagues, and the overall direction of the company. It is incredible what she has achieved in such a short time, and it is a true testament to her drive, dedication and ambition to lead the people around her.
Right from the beginning of her career at Wavestone, when she led the PMO to integrate a newly acquired company, she took all opportunities available to her to grow, develop and learn from others. Today, she strives to replicate this with junior consultants and takes pride in developing and mentoring others.
Roxane has successfully led many client engagements within cybersecurity and operational resilience for Wavestone’s top clients. She has built strong relationships, both with her clients and colleagues, and is immensely proud of the collective successes achieved.
She was instrumental in creating one of today’s top UK offerings and her tenacity and drive have led her to becoming a recognised Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Wavestone, leading the global offer involving 25 consultants.
Following the recent creation of Wavestone’s global cybersecurity practice of 700+ consultants, Roxane was asked to lead Operations for the UK team of 60, and was key to the successful implementation of the new operating model.
She possesses all of the attributes that make a consultant an exceptional one.
