Through extensive work across global markets, I have driven transformational change for pharmaceutical clients, healthcare systems, and patients worldwide. Leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis, my strategic recommendations facilitate identification of potential market opportunities and balance patient access with commercial KPIs. My work has focused heavily on innovative and rare diseases, delivering curative potential and shifting the paradigm in areas of high unmet need. As a former pharmacist, I offer a distinct perspective to my clients, providing expert sparring and practical insights. I have earned their trust as a valued advisor, helping them navigate complex regulatory and market environments to achieve their strategic goals.
Alongside project work, I support internal knowledge building and new service expansion at Simon-Kucher. I have founded and currently spearhead the Horizon Scanning Initiative enabling my teams to remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving healthcare landscape, contributing to wider project success. I also aim to build my involvement in the broader Life Sciences and Healthcare community having already presented at a global conference for health economics and outcomes research.
I consistently inspire and motivate my mentees and junior colleagues to reach their full potential through provision of constructive feedback, whilst making sure to recognise and build confidence in their strengths; ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
