Steve is a HR Leader and a HCM Cloud Transformation Leader with 30 years client and consulting side experience. He has experience cross function (HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT), cross role (Operational and Leadership), spanning small, medium, and large organisations across multiple industries (Professional Services, Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Manufacturing, Communications, Legal and Public Service sectors).
With a passion for HR transformation and people development, Steve has spent the last 30 years building diverse collaborative teams to deliver exponential client value and significant and sustainable business growth.
As the Practice Leader responsible for building the fifty strong UK HCM Cloud Practice, Steve has a passion for building diverse teams with a Practice strategy aligned to the strengths and aspirations of his team, enabling them and the business to reach their full potential. His approach has resulted in 50/50 gender diversity across all levels of hierarchy across his team, including leadership, and the highest employee engagement scores across the Service Line and Country in 2022.
Having delivered over twenty successful transformation programmes, both from client side and consultancy, Steve embodies critical thinking and active listening to uncover client need, whilst creating capable and collaborative teams to solve critical business problems through his strengths-based leadership, resulting in an average NPS score of over 9 out of ten across his project portfolio.
Steve is an HR visionary and thought leader, who introduced Green HR (an employee empowering sustainability solution) to the HR landscape in 2022.
