With over 25 years consulting experience, Ed provides client focused engagements, strategic leadership and critical thinking on digital transformation projects which deliver real benefits to clients and have won numerous awards.
While working on client projects as a User Experience Design Senior Manager, Ed also leads the Digital Design capability which provides thought leadership and strategic planning to a community of consultants.
Drawing from his personal experiences, Ed felt compelled to make a difference and challenge the stigma associated with dyslexia, by establishing the Neurodiversity Network at BAE Systems. Ed has developed training materials and instigated research analysis within the business. Through his strategic planning and by influencing policies at Director level, Ed is actively improving the working environment for people across the company and making a lasting impact within Consulting and the wider Company.
One of Ed’s initiatives is the development of a project delivery framework that serves to guide colleagues and project teams to embrace inclusive principles. This framework raises the profile of inclusive activities on stakeholders’ agendas and is a great step in building a culture of inclusive innovation and education.
