Over the last five years, Emily has developed the deserved reputation of being a ‘go-to’ person to solve and lead the most complex and sensitive business change projects.
At Heathrow, Emily is at the heart of the team delivering the biggest transformation to airport security in over a decade. In the last two years, she has led the successful delivery of a major piece of strategy work that unlocked essential funding; and was hand-picked to lead the successful delivery of business change elements of a first-of-type trial security lane on Campus, which handles over 70% of all UK air cargo, worth over £203 billion per year. This work informs the future operating model for Security Officers in a sensitive and high-profile environment and provides strategic assurance to Heathrow and cargo partners about how Campus will operate in the future.
Alongside exceptional client delivery, Emily plays a leading role in growing the next generation of consultants as a line manager and mentor. She also championed an initiative to improve corporate wellbeing amongst young consultants, with her recommendations adopted as corporate policy.
