During his five years in consulting, Fred has relished the challenge of tackling complex client problems, thriving in the technical subject matter and detail of the client context, whilst always appreciating the bigger strategic picture.
From supporting the development and implementation of innovative clinical models in order to realise transformative health care improvement in some of the country’s poorest regions, to working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients on-the-ground managing complex commercial challenges to deliver public sector financial improvement, Fred’s approach is characterised by his desire to work in a wholly collaborative manner with his clients, driving to the heart of the problem by actively listening, learning, and most importantly challenging as a critical friend.
During his time, Fred has been able to develop significant credibility and foster immensely positive relationships with clients; a fact which makes the job all that more enjoyable and satisfying.
Fred is a clear driver of standards and always pushes for what he believes is right. In doing so, he has raised the bar across the firm in delivering all types of work, both externally and internally. He takes a stewardship and coaching role over new joiners, and, in this way, Fred has become an ambassador for the firm and industry more widely.
Fred is always looking forward and cannot wait to dive head first into the next client problem whereby he can have a part, no matter how large or small, in delivering meaningful and lasting positive change.
