Young Consultant of the Year
Libby is a Senior Manager at CF, having specialised in health consulting. She has over 8 years’ experience of healthcare at all levels from across national policy and strategy to local delivery, driven by a passion to improve healthcare for patients and support the future sustainability of the NHS.
Having formerly worked at the Department of Health and Social Care, Libby saw firsthand the challenges of delivering large-scale change in healthcare systems. Transitioning into consulting, she has built a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges that organisations face in delivering this system change, and the solutions that can transform them.
Bringing her experience to consulting, Libby works in partnership with clients to understand what matters to them, leverage data in new ways to provide compelling insights, and create a clear vision for organisations and systems to align behind. She focuses on building lasting relationships across stakeholders. Bringing together different disciplines and sectors to align behind shared goals is at the heart of improving population health, which requires a truly collective, holistic endeavour across historically fragmented services. Forging this collaboration has been key to helping her progress solutions for some of the most impactful and intractable issues in systems.
Over the last two years, she has deepened her specialist expertise in population health management, organisational development and system redesign. As a team leader, she has been able to transform healthcare systems, pioneer digital innovations, form groundbreaking relationships across competing organisations and improve population health in systems comprising 10 million people.
