Chartered Management Consultant of the year
I have fifteen years’ experience as a management consultant, and it’s a year since I achieved ChMC status. Over the fifteen years I’ve learnt, changed and grown, building skills I wouldn’t have thought possible: I’ve led small teams; I’ve led large teams; I’ve led a new team on a turnaround programme. I’ve even married and had two children, becoming a role model for others in the company.
My super-power is working closely with my client, quickly building trust through truly listening to their needs, and demonstrating that I, and my team, can deliver what they need. I’m known for the energy I bring, my curiosity to learn and develop, and my interest in others and their experiences.
All projects and programme can be challenging, but the ultimate reward is to know that I and my team have made a difference. This particular project gave my favourite quote from a client, “You’ve done an incredible job and should be really proud of the difference you’ve made here. We could not have done this without you.”
