Rachael’s background in education, as well as her in-depth knowledge of the public sector, has led to her delivering value in several high-profile and high-impact projects, including implementation of legislation and policy, major organisational operating model changes, and support in response to relevant media-scrutinised government initiatives. Her leadership has resulted in progress in delivering real client value and the growth of her industry team.
