Sarah Galloway, senior consultant at Capgemini Invent since January 2024, is a compassionate leader and dedicated team player who goes above and beyond to foster inclusion both in her professional projects and personal pursuits. With a PhD in immunotherapy, Sarah combines scientific expertise with solid business acumen to deliver ground-breaking solutions for pharmaceutical clients. She inspires enthusiasm for science, technology and maths among women and girls, serves as a role model for women in consulting and applies her academic knowledge to strengthen Capgemini’s involvement with cell and gene therapy.
Sarah’s commitment to inclusion is a cornerstone of her empathic communication style, people-centric leadership approach and community outreach. From leading learning and development initiatives to presenting at industry events, Sarah helps others grow and thrive. Her ability to bring together teams drawn from diverse functions has expanded client engagements and encouraged a more collaborative culture.
Her passion for making complex topics accessible has led Sarah to develop creative educational content, from virtual reality (VR) experiences to interactive festival exhibits.
Sarah is dedicated to inspiring younger generations and has spent time being a Girlguiding Rainbow leader, encouraging girls to engage with science and technology. Whether coaching junior colleagues, partnering with clients to digitalise pharmaceutical manufacturing or volunteering to promote women in science, Sarah demonstrates her profound commitment to inclusion.
