Rising Star
Lucy has always demonstrated a strong desire to make a difference in any way she can. Having regularly worked with children, and studied Psychology and Education at university, Lucy has since channelled her versatility and passion for helping others into a consulting career.
Inspired by her background, Lucy is motivated to empower people to advocate for their own needs and the needs of others, creating an environment where everyone can be themselves. She gains purpose from combining her human-centric approach with a technical understanding to support clients in making changes that have material impact on people’s day-to-day lives.
This has been demonstrated through her work in advocating for minority groups within technology. Recently, this has culminated in Lucy’s creation, leadership, and chairing of a collaborative Women in Technology event, using the client relationships she has built to bring two companies together to champion female leaders in the industry. Additionally, following a family diagnosis, Lucy has trained to become a
Neurodiversity Ambassador within her organisation, working with an external partner to enhance their assessment tools, improve client communication and to make the Enfuse work environment more inclusive.
She has been instrumental in the delivery of high-profile initiatives for clients in the hospitality industry. She has worked to become a trusted advisor within these teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements, creating and leading training for new starters from restaurants, and expanding her own expertise.
