“A word on the Goals to Conference, it was as good an event as I’ve been to. Remarkably well ran (no surprise there) and more importantly, every single topic and talk was relevant, relatable and realistic! Both colleagues who attended with me agreed, and as a result we pivoted our strategy for the next FY back into creating an army of CI practitioners, with a culture that rewards those who are willing to make the small everyday improvements. “ – Declan Gallagher, Head of Digital Transformation, SSE Group PLC
