Your Firm’s Story, Critical Conversations and POV
MCA SME Webinar Session 2 Overview – Hosted by Associate Member The Openside Group.
Following on from Session 1, having gained a deeper understanding of the psychology behind the client’s buying process and principles of Differentiation and Storytelling, participants will have the opportunity to tell, and get feedback on, stories from their own firms that illustrate and demonstrate their firms’ brand and values.
The workshop will then examine the implications for behaviour during ‘Critical Client Conversations’ and identify the behavioural changes during the ‘Critical Conversations’ that could significantly improve new client acquisition.
Finally, participants will learn how to form relevant, challenging points of view which offer insight, create impact and illustrate value in each contact with their prospective and current clients.

- Key phases in Senior Executive conversations
- Developing a ‘Point of View
Finally, participants will be left with a framework to develop their own ‘Points of View’ for their next Client conversation.
