Young MCA | Negotiation Workshop
This annual session is designed to bring some of the core principles of negotiation to life, helping attendees understand both the art and science of negotiation. Delivered by The Gap Partnership, the workshop will look at a mutli-dimensional approach, understanding power, trading concessions and how to maximise deal values without conceding too much in return.
The session will be interactive and fun, with clear take-aways which attendees will be able to apply straight into their job role to deliver incremental value.
