The MCA is pleased to announce that Baringa has recently joined the Association.

Baringa is a leading independent business and technology consultancy that uses industry insights, ideas and pragmatism to help clients’ businesses run more effectively, navigate industry shifts and reach new markets. Operating globally, with over 1,300 people across Europe, Australia, the US and Asia, Baringa set out to build the world’s most trusted consulting firm, creating lasting impact for clients and promoting a positive, people-first way of working.

Matt Papachristou, People Lead at Baringa, said:

We are really excited to be joining the MCA. There are many important and exciting challenges to engage on solving with our consulting industry colleagues. It’s a great opportunity for our people to work on tackling some of the big issues faced by the management consulting sector today such as sustainability and D&I. The networking events and wider learning opportunities are of real interest to our team as well as the ability to share their experience and expertise with a wider audience.

Tamzen Isacsson, Chief Executive of the MCA, added:

We are delighted to welcome Baringa to the Association. Their desire to engage with MCA members and work together on the issues that matter most is welcome in an exciting and busy time for our industry. We look forward to their contribution and to introducing them to the wider MCA membership.”
